As President of the Passaic County Central Labor Council, Tom Kelly is a 34- year member of IBEW Local 827 representing the membership at all levels and chairs. President Kelly is currently the Business Agent for local Local. In addition, he also serves as a Trustee of the Botto House, American Labor Museum.
