For years, our sisters and brothers working on the railroad have gone without any form of safe and sick leave.
ESSB 5267, the Safe UNPAID Leave Act is being attacked by the railroad industry and business lobbyists who think rail workers are not in need of even unpaid sick leave.
This bill is currently in the House Rules committee, and members of the rules committee need to hear from you to have it voted out to the House floor for a full vote.
