Christina Hall

Chris Hall is the Vice-President of the Pierce County Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO and is a proud member of IUOE Local 612, where she serves as President. With 25 years in the labor movement, Chris brings steady leadership and a deep commitment to advancing opportunities for skilled trades workers in Pierce County and beyond.

Chris began her leadership journey when she was appointed Treasurer of her local and became the first woman in the local’s history to be hired as full-time staff while serving as a dispatcher. Through dedication and hard work, she continued to rise through the ranks, ultimately becoming President of IUOE Local 612. In addition to her local leadership, Chris supports regional collaboration in the trades as Vice-President of the South Sound Building Trades, helping strengthen partnerships that expand workforce opportunities and protect strong labor standards.

Originally from Tacoma, Chris remains closely connected to the community she serves. Outside of her labor leadership, she enjoys traveling and values opportunities to explore new places.
