Information for Delegates and Affiliates

Delegate meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30pm at CWA Local 4108. For more information on delegate meetings, visit the events page.

Affiliate Tools

• Delegate Form - This form is used by affiliated Local Unions to appoint delegates to represent them at the Labor Council.
• Per Capita Tax Payment Form - This form is used by affiliated Local Unions to make their per capita tax payment to the Labor Council.
