LIUNA 362's John Penn saluted at his retirement

Bloomington LIUNA 362's John Penn was celebrated with over 400 people in attendance at an Illinois State University Bone Student Center banquet on January 26.  Besides life-long friends and union members, remarks were made by US Senator Richard Durbin, Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias, Illinois Comptroller Susana Mendoza, State Senator David Koehler, State Representative Sharon Chung, ULLICO Inc CEO Edward M. Smith and incoming Midwest Region LIUNA manager and Vice-President David Frye.
