A beautiful day saw 80-plus units in the parade, as union members and community partners marched from downtown Bloomington to Miller Park, with supportive crowds flocking the streets.
This year’s WJBC “Laborer of the Year” was Laborers Local 362 44-year member Joe Wilson. Joe is retired from the local union and is regular volunteer with the Tinervin Foundation, the Children's Christmas Party and Illinois Special Olympics.
