Building political power means building worker power, and we saw throughout 2022 why that’s important. With this White House and a pro-labor Congress, we were able to pass transformative policies.
Just look at what the labor movement has done this year in partnership with our allies in office: investing in health care and clean energy, growing high-tech manufacturing right here in America, securing long-overdue reform to the U.S. Postal Service, confirming the first Black woman to the U.S. Supreme Court and enacting gun safety and marriage equality legislation.
All of these accomplishments were union-made because of the work we did to organize our members. And it all adds up to more good union jobs and better lives for working people across the country.
