Burlington County Central Labor Council’s H.B. “Scoop” Slack Memorial Scholarship

Enclosed is an application form for the Burlington County Central Labor Council’s H.B. “Scoop” Slack Memorial Scholarship. 

This year, we will be awarding five (5) scholarships for $1,000 each. Any high school senior, who will be attending a college or university, or continuing their education in an approved trade or technical school, is eligible, provided that the student is a child of current or deceased member of a union affiliated with the Burlington County Central Labor Council. 

To qualify for eligibility, all applications must reflect verification of Union Membership. All required documentation must be emailed or postmarked no later than May 12, 2023.

Award winners will be notified by the end of May and presented their awards at our Scholarship & Community Services Banquet on Tuesday, June 20th at the Madison Restaurant, 33 Lafayette St, Riverside, NJ 08075.
