Join us November 14th from 5PM to 7PM at IBEW Local 131 (3641 E. Cork St., Kalamazoo 49001). This AFL-CIO Training is targeted towards Young Workers. The impacts of unfair policy have created an economy that is not working for most young workers. Young workers can change the rules of the economy by acting together. This session describes the impact of policy changes since the 1970's on young workers and highlights how powerful people manipulate the rules of the economy to work against young workers. Participants will also discuss how we as individuals can empower family, friends, and co-workers to join together to change the rules and create an economy that works for everyone. This session is instructor led and interactive.
