How you can help with the Northbay fires

Friends. In an effort to avoid duplication of efforts for the growing needs at the Solano County Fairgrounds they have provided an updated list. If you would like to donate or volunteer please do not just show up but call Animal Control at 707-784-1629 email at  sheriffaco@solanocounty.com   to arraign to be put on the volunteer list or where to drop off supplies. We appreciate all your efforts to help out in this time of need. Stand by for further alerts.

- overnight shifts
- barn managers
- intake help
- safety manager
- transport with horse trailers 

Anyone with livestock experience & any kind of safety experience you are needed! If you do not have large animal experience you can help with the intake & monitoring. 

** OVERNIGHT Volunteers! They also have a waiting area for emergency transport & a tent to register your name for availability.

2x6 and 2x4 boards

5 Gallon Buckets Flat backed preferred

¾ inch plywood Gas Can and fuel

7 ¼ saw Blades

Generator for hand tools

Saws All Blades-

Cordless hand tools

Extension Cords

VETERINARY SUPPLIES 
• PVC pipe (for splints) 
• 2x4s (for splints) 
• Duct tape 
• Rolled gauze 
• Plastic bins with lids organization of meds & supplies)
• White Labels 
• Sharpie markers 

LIVESTOCK SUPPLIES:
• Shavings 
• Cattle feed 
• Hay (grass hay/alfalfa)

Low Protein Feed

VOLUNTEER & VICTIM SUPPLIES:
• External phone chargers (needed fully charged & ASAP) 
• Solar lights 
• Blankets
