Siblings,We have been approached by multiple candidates for the upcoming ADEM elections for delegates to the Democratic Convention asking us to support various slates that have been assembled.Because our geographical jurisdiction includes Napa and Solano Counties and covers more than one Assembly District, #4, #11 and #14, the Napa Solano Labor Council has not officially endorsed any slates in Assembly District Elections. But we feel that it is important to urge our members and community allies that are Democrats to participate in this important process. With that in mind our campaign committee, Corey Penrose, Glen Loveall, Steve Quinlan, Marcus Helmer, G Anthony and Danny Bernardini and Jon Riley met with Joe Summers from Contra Costa County to go over the candidates and various slates to come up with those we felt represented the values we share and have been active with our Council or Community Allies. This is not a slate as the candidates are not necessarily supporting each other but only
recommendations made by the Campaign Committee and then adopted by our Executive Board. Please consider showing up and voting and if you need transportation to the vote contact Marcus and we will try and arraign for ways of getting people to the polls.Here are the location of the polling places and times and our recommendations for the three assembly districts.
