The Union Label and Service Trades Department, AFL-CIO, does its best to verify products are unionmade.

We wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Congressman Blumenauer for speaking at our special breakfast meeting on August 8, 2019 at the Oregon AFL-CIO.

Take Note: the E-board meeting for Monday the 14th of October is cancelled.

UFCW 555 needs your help.

Stronger contracts mean
Stronger Communities.

And when we stand together as a strong community, we get stronger contracts. Together, we make a difference. We are UFCW Local 555. Show that you stand with us–even if it comes to a strike–by signing our petition at http://b.link/standwithus.

Take Note and share with your members:

UFCW Local 555 is asking for your support in their attempt to secure a fair and equitable contract. They are seeking support from the entire labor movement. Strike authorization votes have been taken over the last month in Portland. They are well on the way to adding all food contracts in the rest of their jurisdiction. This will coordinate for the first time in Oregon, bargaining representing 21,000 workers.
