ILLUSTRATED GUIDE TO ORGANIZING
Australian labor cartoonist Sam Wallman will visit Portland May 5 to promote his new book 12 Rules for Strife with an appearance at Powell’s Books. Billed as a handbook for change, the book — written by journalist Jeff Sparrow and illustrated by Wallman — explores 12 powerful ideas from the history of struggles for better working conditions and a better world, and shows how solidarity can be built across growing divisions.
