Hello Everyone, Hopefully you’re aware that PCCFFAP bargaining is not going well. Administration is resistant to nearly all our bargaining platform proposals. As part of the continued effort to increase pressure on administration so we can win at the bargaining table, on October 4 we will be holding two practice pickets at Rock Creek and Southeast campuses. Practice pickets are not strikes, but are an opportunity for union members to join in solidarity with each other and educate the community about our issues. If you have never attended a picket, you might be surprised to find how empowering it can be. Come lift your spirits with chants, song, and labor family who are ready to make a difference!!! Let’s raise our voices collectively! Sign making materials will be available at the pickets. Wear union blue and join your labor colleagues for chants, singing, and solidarity! When: Wed.
